Ingredients

    -12 oz of Bob Evans original breakfast sausage. this is what you get when you cook and drain the 16 oz package
    -3/4 C diced or chopped onions
    -2 oz diced or chopped green bell peppers
    -1.85 oz diced or chopped sweet yellow bell peppers
    -1.85 oz diced or chopped sweet red bell peppers
    -1 bag, 16 oz, 3 color coleslaw mix
    -1 can diced tomatoes with roasted onions and garlic, 14.5 oz
    -1 can, 14.5 oz or 2 C fat free chicken broth like Aldi's brand
    -1 small can tomato sauce

Directions

---Brown and drain and/or pat your sausage meat to get as much grease off as possible. Add it back to your large pot. Top with your chopped onions, some slaw and then your peppers and the remaining slaw. Top all with your tomatoes, tomato sauce and chicken broth. Cover and cook on medium/low for about 1/2 hour or until ingredients like onions, peppers and slaw are to your desired tenderness. Meat is already cooked, so some may want crunchier veggies than others. You can add pepper or other spices to your liking.
