SCALLOPED TUNA AND CAULIFLOWER

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cans tuna in water
    16 oz frozen cauliflower, cooked
    1 c heavy cream
    5 oz grated Cheddar
    1 t onion powder
    1 t garlic powder
    1 t pepper
    1 t salt
    crumbled pork rinds, optional

Tips

About 3.50 for the entire recipe, without the pork rinds.


Directions

Heat cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. When hot, stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Add the tuna and cauliflower. Toss to coat. Pour into a greased baking dish. If desired, top wtih crumbled pork rinds. Bake at 500 for twelve minutes.
