IntroductionSo yummy!! So yummy!!
Chicken breasts ( 3)
Rosemary (fresh or dried)
EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
garlic (fresh works best)
prepare in a bowl the evoo (about two tablespoons),
the rosemary (about a tablespoon,)
the paprika (.5 tablespoon),
salt and pepper to taste,
and press 2-3 cloves of garlic.
Mix all together and baste the chicken under the skin to keep the flavor in. (Or on the breast it self if no skin)
Cook for 45-60 minutes until done.
*hint* serve with garlic mashes pototoes and brocolli... sure to delight !!
