Ingredients

    175 g poached chicken
    44 g green pepper
    75 g onion
    64 g jicama
    49 g grapes
    1 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 T Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing
    Splash lemon juice
    1tsp fat Free Chicken Broth
    1 Tsp honey
    Season to taste

Directions

Dice chicken, green pepper, onion, jicama, and grapes, saute until warmed through and softened. Mix remaining ingredients together and mix in chicken mixture, season and enjoy.
