Introduction

Ingredients

    1 jar pasta sauce
    2 cups brown rice
    2 Green Bell peppers coarsely chopped(I chop finely due to picky family members)
    1 lb ground venison
    3 cloves garlic
    1-1/2 cups low fat mozzarella cheese

Tips


Directions

Brown the ground venison with green peppers and garlic cloves. Stir in brown rice, marinara sauce and 3/4 cup cheese. Spoon in 2 Qt casserole dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
