Introduction

Since I don't have a lot of time in the morning I've been looking for something with protein, but that tastes of citrus, this is my version. Since I don't have a lot of time in the morning I've been looking for something with protein, but that tastes of citrus, this is my version.

Ingredients

    6oz strawberry yogurt
    1/3 scoop of whey protein powder (maybe 1tbs?)
    1 cup orange juice (I use low acid)
    1/3 cup frozen strawberries
    1/3 cup frozen cherries
    3 ice cubes

Directions



Serving Size: I use this as 1, but there is enough to break it into 2 servings.
