Introduction

Optional to add 2 scoops of Visalus Shake Mix. These are a great, quick snack and very filling. Makes about 3 dozen. Optional to add 2 scoops of Visalus Shake Mix. These are a great, quick snack and very filling. Makes about 3 dozen.
Number of Servings: 38

Ingredients

    1 cup - oatmeal
    1/2 cup - peanut butter
    1/3 cup - honey
    1 cup - coconut flakes
    1/2 cup - ground flaxseed (or regular)

Tips

By adding 2 scoops of Visalus Shake mix it makes them that much more healthy & delicious!


Directions

Add all dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add peanut butter & honey. Mix well until all ingredients are one. Shape into small round balls & place on tray/cookie sheet or however you want to store them. Eat immediately!

Serving Size: Makes approx. 36 smaller balls
