Sesame Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast (skinless, boneless) cut into bite size pieces
    1 medium Zuchini
    1 medium summer squash
    either: 1 bag of fresh stir fry veggies: Broccoli, Snap Peas and Carrots
    Or: 2 cups broccoli, 3/4 cup snap peas, 1 cup Carrots
    8 tbsp: Sesame Ginger Grilling Sauce (Brand: House of Tsang)

Tips

can be served over rice or noodle of your choice


Directions

add all fresh vegetables to deep fry pan, use small amounts of water to steam vegetables. (Cook chicken in a seperate pan.) I typically add the sesame ginger sauce two tbsp's at a time until all veggies are cooked through. add chicken to mix when veggies are about 5 minutes from being done.
