Introduction

Use 1 1/4 cup of milk and add as much water as needed to make pancake batter the right consistency.
Allow batter to rest for 30-60 minutes before frying on hot griddle.

Ingredients

    1 cup Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour
    1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill White Rice Flour
    1 tsp xanthan gum
    1 Farmhouse Eggs Cage Free Large Brown Eggs
    Four Large Egg Whites
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Sea Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Milk, 2%, 1 1/2 cup
    1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Stevia Cane, 3 tbsp

serve with Hot Spiced Applesauce


Directions

sift together dry ingredients, stir in combined wet ingredients, mix, don't beat

fry on hot griddle until golden brown on each side

Serving Size: 17 pancakes, a scant 1/4 cup each
