    *artichoke hearts canned, 13 oz (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .75 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    *Ham - John Morrell diced ham, 56 gram(s) (remove)
    *cheddar .. 2% sharp cheddar finely shredded,.5 cup

Tips

i would add more cheese and ham


Directions

chop and mix all ingrdients. Using a 1/3 cup, pour into muffin pan. Cook 30 min at 350 degrees
