Vegan Oatmeal Cookies

Introduction

These make a great snack and/or a good vegan breakfast with hot soymilk mixed with Vegan Protein Powder. These make a great snack and/or a good vegan breakfast with hot soymilk mixed with Vegan Protein Powder.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c. uncooked Old fashion oats
    2/3 c. oat bran
    2 T. flaxseed meal
    2 t. cinnamon
    1/2 cup walnit pieces
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. honey
    1/2 c. almond milk
    1 T. vanillia extract

Tips

You can substitute water or any soy milk for Almond milk


Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees - mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, mix together. Put 12 servings on non-stick cookie sheet and flatten with back of fork.
Bake for 25 minutes or untill golden brown. Check often.
