Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
    8 cloves garlic, halved
    1 1/2 Lb Dover sole fillets, rinsed and patted dry
    1 tablespoon dried dill weed

Tips

Serve with pasta, rice, veggies or a salad. the extra sauce can be poured over your side dish..mmmm. Use any white fish or shrimp. A dolup of fat free cottage cheese perfect. Goes great with green beans.


Directions

Combine the butter, lemon juice, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until garlic has softened. Arrange the fish in the pan with the butter mixture and sprinkle with the dill. Cover for 10-15 min, turn the fish over cover and cook for another 10-15 min until flaky.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings
