1 cup of Unsweetened ALMOND MILK
1 scoop of Plain PROTEIN POWDER (Whey Factors)
1 FRESH BANANA
1/2 cup of MANGOS, FROZEN
1 inch slice of FRESH GINGER, skinned
You can pretty much alter the ingredients to suit your taste. I find it needs no added sugar as the fruit is sweet enough.
Serving Size: Makes 2, 8 oz drinks or 1, large 16 oz drink.
