Introduction

This has become a family favorite. It's easy to make, easy to serve and easy to make substitutions. These are made in muffin tins rather than a traditiona loaf pan. This has become a family favorite. It's easy to make, easy to serve and easy to make substitutions. These are made in muffin tins rather than a traditiona loaf pan.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound of extra lean ground beef (I use 95% lean)
    1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
    1/4 cup of ketchup
    1/4 Fat free, reduced sodium beef broth
    2 tsp of dried oregeno
    2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup of diced onions

Tips

I tend to make a triple bath (24 muffins) and freeze some.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray
Mix all the ingrients in a bowl. Make 8 muffins
Bake for 30 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 8 "muffins"
