Sick Day Veggie Chicken soup

Introduction

I made this because I wanted something hot and filling but also good for me when I was down with a sinus thing I made this because I wanted something hot and filling but also good for me when I was down with a sinus thing
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    10 oz bag frozen mixed veggies
    10 oz bag frozen gumbo veggies
    8 oz frozen chicken breast
    1 can (10 3/4 oz) petite diced tomatoes
    20 oz chicken broth

Tips

I used diced tomatoes already ready for chili with the spices in it for maximum sinus-clearing effect.


Directions

Put all ingredients in pot and turn on medium high. Season as desired. In about 20 min, when chicken is done, remove from pot and cut into bite-sized pieces. Return to pot and stir well. Serve.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings, 1 1/2-2 cups each
