    Very good!
I only used 1 clove of garlic and regular white bread (that's all I had) and a little Mrs Dash garlic and herb... my husband, who doesn't like fish other than deep fried halibut, said it was delicious! I served it with lemon, and he got a dab of mayo/relish/lemon juice sauce. Great! - 8/2/11

  • Always looking to get more fish into the family diet and this did the trick - even for the picky 4 year old. I would use more eggs to get them to stick together as cakes- mine were fish "crumbles" - 7/10/10
