Venison Cabbage soup

Ingredients

    1 head of cabbage
    2 lbs ground venison
    1 small onion
    1 16 oz. can diced tomatoes
    1 16 0z can beef broth
    1 package onion soup mix
    32 oz. water

Directions

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.

  • I made this for dinner and served garlic bread with it. My family enjoyed it very much. I added about 4 garlic cloves and a Tbs of caraway seeds. Thanks for sharing your recipe. - 2/1/08
