Introduction

A combination of Weight Watchers Taco Soup w/ Ground Turkey A combination of Weight Watchers Taco Soup w/ Ground Turkey
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 Pound Ground Turkey, lean
    14.5 oz Can Busch's Black Beans
    15.5 oz Can of Kidney Beans (Red Beans)
    14.5 oz Can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes
    11oz Can of Green Giant Mexicorn
    .4 oz package Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Mix
    1.25 oz package McCormic Taco Seasoning Mix
    10 oz Can of Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies (Mild)
    1 - 2 cans of water depending on how soupy you want it.


Directions

Brown the turkey meat.
While that is cooking combine all other ingredients in a dutch oven. Add the turkey once it is cooked and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the pot.

Enjoy!

Makes 9 - 10 cups. Serving size is 1 cup.
1 Cup= 4 WW Points.
If you omit the turkey it is 2 points per cup.
