Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients

    2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    1 c. salsa
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese can
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 t. chili powder
    6 corn tortillas

Directions

Stir the soup, sour cream, salsa and chili powder in a medium bowl.

Stir 1 c. of salsa mixture, chicken and cheese in large bowl.

Divide chicken mixture among the tortillas. Roll them up and place them seam side down in shallow baking dish. Pour remaining salsa over remaining tortillas. Cover the dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with tomatoes and sliced green onion if you'd like.
