Thai Shrimp

Ingredients

    1 tsp sesame seeds
    1 cup green onions diced
    3 oz cooked shrimp
    1 tsp sesame oil
    2 Tbsp lime juice
    1/3 cup cooked thin noodles
    dash red pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp cilantro dried
    1Tbsp dried lemon grass cut fine

Directions

Cut shrimp into smaller pieces. Warm shrimp in nonstick skillet on medium heat, stirring as needed. Prepare noodles as directed on package. In a small bowl, mix together sesame seeds, sesame oil, lemon grass, lime juice, red pepper flakes, onions and cilantro. When ready, pour over shrimp, serve over noodles.
