Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cups old fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
    1 1/2 cups mixed nuts
    1/4 cup mixed seeds (pepitas and sunflower)
    3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 tablespoons agave syrup
    3 tablespoons olive oil

Tips

I add a couple Tbsp. driend fruit and serve it over plain Greek yogurt. A 1/4 cup serving of just the granola is approx. 170 calories.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all the ingredients on a cookie sheet and mix with a spoon and spread out. Put in the oven for 5 minutes, take out stir, spread out and put in the oven agian. Do this until it is golden brown. I like it after about 15-20 minutes in the oven. Let cool. Keep in air tight container.
