Ingredients

    1 Cup frozen fruit
    2 Tbsp protein powder
    1 serving tea (powder, unmade)
    2 Cups lactose free milk

Tips

Make this to your tastes.


Directions

Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend. Enjoy!
