When you don't have time to cook ribs on the grill, simply broil your ribs in the oven for 14 minutes (7 ea side) then place them in your slow cooker with onion and barbecue sauce for ultimate deliciousness. Ingredients

    salt / pepper
    7 boneless loin country style ribs
    1 med onion
    2.5 cups barbecue sauce

Tips

So easy to prepare! And couldn't be any better! Cook all day on low or 6 hours on Hi / Low... slow cooking is the best.


Directions

Turn slow cooker to Hi. Turn on your broiler. Salt & pepper both sides of 4-7 boneless loin country style ribs and place in a sheet cake pan under the broiler. Broil 7 minutes a side while peeling and slicing 1 med-large onion. Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer the ribs in the slow cooker right over the onion and don't forget the barbecue sauce. Pour sauce over each layer of ribs. Cover, cook on hi for a couple of hours or so then turn to low until ready to eat.
