one roast, one can of diet cola or rootbeer, bbq sauce
We have used diet cola, diet rootbeer, diet cherry cola and it's all come out great. This is great on low calorie bread w home made lower calorie coleslaw!!!
Place whole roast into slow cooker. Season w/ salt and pepper (and garlic) if you like...it is not necassary and totally optional. Dump a can of diet cola or root beer over the meat. Cover and cook for 6 hours....depending on how much meat you are making it could take longer or less time. When meat is cooked through remove it from the pot and shred (WITH A FORK IT'S SO TENDER). Discard liquid from the pot and then put meat back into it. Mix in the BBQ sauce and you are done!!!! Yummy easy pulled pork!
