Spaghetti Veggie Casserole

Introduction

Baked Pasta with veggies Baked Pasta with veggies
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    90 Grams portabella mushrooms
    3 cloves garlic
    85 grams peppers
    60 grams onion
    1 tbsp olive oil
    90 grams mozza
    2 cups spaghetti sauce
    2 cups spaghetti squash (roasted)
    12 oz cooked pasta

Directions

Over medium heat, heat oil in a pan. Soften veggies in oil (except spaghetti squash).

Mix in your sauce, spaghetti squash and cooked pasta.

Place in a 8x11 baking dish, top with cheese and bake 10-20 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
