1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp molasses

Preheat oven to 425
Season pork with pepper and brown in skillet until all sides carmelized. Remove pork and on medium low heat add the balsamic vinegar and stir to loosen up all the brown bits from bottom of pan - add molasses and stir until mixed and becomes glazed. Place pork back in pan and turn to coat. Roast in oven for 25 minutes or until pork is cooked.
serves 6 - 4 oz each
