    Long Grain White Rice
    Green Peppers
    Spanish Onions
    Green Giant Frozen Corn
    Olive Oil
    Becel Margarine
    soy sauce
    Kidney Beans


Put olive oil or butter in pan and cook egg, chicken, green pepper, kidney beans and onions, cook rice and corn separately when chicken is done add corn then soya sauce and corn last mix all together and serve
