Hormel Bacon and Pork Sausage Egg Muffins

Introduction

Spin off of the other egg muffin recipes but using a sausage that I found called Hormel Bacon and Pork Sausage. I know that 13 muffins is an odd number but I used regular sized muffin cups and that is just how it turned out. Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    1 package (12 links) Hormel Bacon and Pork Sausage
    12 large Eggs
    2 cup Kroger Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1/2 tsp Onion powder
    1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Tips

Nutritional information is based off of specific name brand items.


Directions

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Brown sausage in a pan. Drain of excess oil. Scramble eggs in a large bowl. Mix in all other ingredients. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup egg mixture in to each muffin cup. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 13 muffins
