Oat Quinoa Seed breakfast mix

Ingredients

    1 c steel cut oats
    1/2 c quinoa (prewashed)
    1/4 c each flax seed and chia seeds
    1/2 c raisins
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp (or so) cardamom
    6 c water

Directions

I put all ingredients in a pot at night and in the morning turn it on while I work out. When it starts to boil, turn down to a simmer. Cook 30 min.
