Ingredients

    * Cabbage, fresh, 6 cup, chopped
    * Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    * Mayonnaise Cain's All Natural, 1 cup (16 Tbsp)
    * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    * Cider Vinegar, .25 cup
    * Celery seed, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 2 tsp

Tips

shred cabbage by hand using a very sharp knife for the best results for this. Keeps well in refrigerator for at least a week. May also reduce sugar further


Directions

shred cabbage and carrots. Mix all other ingredients for dressing. Add dressing to cabbage and carrots. Mix well.
