Introduction

Vegetarian chili that's thick and stew like because of the refried beans. Vegetarian chili that's thick and stew like because of the refried beans.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Bush's reduced sodium black beans
    1 can Bush's reduced sodium pinto beans
    1 can vegetarian refried beans
    1 can (large) crushed tomatoes
    2 tsp. olive oil
    3 Morningstar Farm veggie burgers, or crumbles
    2 tsp chopped fresh garlic
    2 tbsp chili powder

Directions

Use Morningstar burger crumbles if possible. If not, crumble the burger patties and saute with garlic in olive oil then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt, pepper, spices as you like. You can add one onion (chopped) to the oil and garlic too.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings
