Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Dough:
    1-1/3 cup warm water
    1 T yeast
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 Tablespoon olive oil
    1 cup brown rice flour
    ~3 cups white four (enough to make not-to-sticky dough)

    Topping:
    Tomato sauce
    minced garlic
    basil
    parmesan
    Large handful of fresh spinach (we like baby spinach best)
    Pepperoni, sliced very thin (looks like so much more!)
    grated mozarella


Tips

Mix dough, let rise for 20-45 minutes, spread on oiled stone, add toppings and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.


Directions

375 degree oven for 25 minutes

Serving Size: one large rectangular stone = 8 servings
