Ingredients

    1/2 cup fat free Italian salad dressing
    1 15-ounce can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 15-ounce can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
    1 cup frozen lima beans, thawed
    1 cup frozen sweet corn, thawed
    1 large red bell pepper, seeded and diced
    1 medium red onion, diced
    1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
    1/8 cup fresh lime juice, or more to taste (recipe is calculated with 1/4 cup lime juice)
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt


Tips

If you have time, cover and refrigerate at least one hour, then gently stir again before serving.


Directions
