Michele's mac & cheese special

Introduction

Baked macaroni and cheese tuna casserole I add different veggies to at different times, and my daughter loves it! Baked macaroni and cheese tuna casserole I add different veggies to at different times, and my daughter loves it!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups of Whole wheat pasta
    1/4 c. I can't believe it's butter (light)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    1/2 t worcestershire
    2 c. skim milk
    2 c. kroger mild chedder reduced fat shredded cheese
    1/2 t dry mustard
    2- 5oz.cans of chunk light tuna
    1 c. frozen peas or any kind of vegetable

Directions

cook pasta according to directions and set aside.Set tuna on the side for now. Cook vegetables slightly. Melt butter in a medium pot and mix in flour, salt and pepper, dry mustard, worcestershire and cook for about a minute, and then add milk, let milk start to bubble and then add cheese, stir until melted about a minute or less. Spray a casserole dish and set aside. Mix cheese sauce, pasta, tuna fish and vegetables in a large bowl and then pour into your casserole dish, bake in oven about 25-30 minutes
