Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 cups rice, uncooked
    4 chicken breasts
    1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix, dry
    1 can chicken broth

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut chicken into bite size pieces
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam, and add all ingredients.
Make sure ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cook for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
