Introduction

Crispy Panko breading and tangy lemon flavor enhances this mild white fish! Crispy Panko breading and tangy lemon flavor enhances this mild white fish!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 - 4 oz swai filets
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    2 T butter
    2 T lemon juice

Directions

Melt butter in shallow dish. Stir in lemon. Dip fish filets in butter/lemon and dredge through bread crumbs. Place filets in baking dish sprayed with pan spray. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 - 4 oz servings
