Ingredients

2 slices light bread
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/8 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 wedge laughing cow light swiss cheese, original
2 slices Lightlife faux-ham (1/2 serving)
Tips
Directions
1) Mix egg whites, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extra extract together in a bowl (wide enough to dip your bread!)
2) Quickly dip both sides of one piece of bread in mixture, and put on lightly-Pam’d skillet over medium-high heat. Cook till one side is a nice shade of brown, then flip and cook the other side. Do the same with the second slice.
3) Spread the cheese wedge over the slices of ham and press them together. Place "ham" and cheese mini-sandwich in between the two slices, and pop in the microwave 15 seconds.
Serving Size: makes 1 sandwich, 1 serving
