IntroductionFried tofu for breakfast sandwiches. Fried tofu for breakfast sandwiches.
1.25 servings extra firm tofu (4 slices)
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder (optional)
onion powder (optional)
Heat cooking spray in pan.
Slice tofu into 1/4 inch slices.
Sprinkle tofu with salt, pepper and any other ingredients you like to taste.
Place tofu seasoned side down in pan.
Use same seasonings on other side of tofu.
When golden brown flip over and cook other side.
Enjoy in a sandwich or alone.
