IntroductionThis is Prime Pork Tenerloin with some Bacon and Great White Northern Beans added. We cooked this in our Crock Pot. Each serving is 1 cup. This is Prime Pork Tenerloin with some Bacon and Great White Northern Beans added. We cooked this in our Crock Pot. Each serving is 1 cup.
Prime Pork Tenderloin- 1 and 1/2 pounds
Great White Northern Beans- One 29 ounce can
Pre-cooked Bacon, crumbled- 2 ounces
Water- 2 ounces
Can add onions, chieves, cheese, diced tomatoes etc... to spice it up.
Great served with Corn Bread.
We use Slow Cooker Crock Pot Liners for easy clean up.
Season to taste.
Put lid on Crock Pot.
Let cook on low at least 6 hours, we cooked ours overnight.
Add Great White Northern Beans to Crock Pot when Pork Tenderloin is done and continue cooking on low until Beans are hot.
