3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 3 eggs 3 Tbsp butter, melted 1/2 cup + water
mix ingredients and knead to a smooth dough. Add water as needed. Wrap and let rest 30-60 minutes. Run through pasta machine to knead or roll with rolling pin. Cut (with machine or knife). Boil in salted water no more than 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
