From Scratch Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut
about 1 cup fresh baby carrots
1 medium onion, diced
Celery, 6 stalks, sliced
1 package egg noodles
2 bay leaves
10 cups (or so) water
Tips
Directions
Place chicken,water and bay leaves in crock pot on high for 3.5 hours. After cooked remove chicken and bay leaves, add all the vegetables, leave on high. Separate chicken meat from the skin, fat and bones (should slide right off and shred easily) and return to crock pot. After 1.5 hours or so, when vegetables are soft, add noodles. Cook another 30 minutes until noodles are done, turn off pot and allow to cool. Season as desired.
