Chicken Spinach and Tomato Pizza (Boboli 100% Whole Wheat Crust)

Ingredients

    1 Boboli 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
    .75 cup Ragu Pizza Sauce
    2-Market Day Chickn Steaks (chicken breast)
    1/2 can (1.5 cups) Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Olive Oil
    1 cup fresh spinach leaves
    1 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Cheese

Tips

For crispier crust place crust directly on rack.


Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook Chicken Breasts in covered pan on stove on medium heat until done (170 degrees in center or white all the way through). Cut into small pieces. Top the crust with the pizza sauce first. Then top with spinach chicken, diced tomatoes and cheese. Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes.
