Introduction

Add a little flax seed to make your morning meal fast and extra nutritious. Add a little flax seed to make your morning meal fast and extra nutritious.

Ingredients

    2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
    1.5 cups Milk, nonfat
    2 Egg whites
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Allow the batter to sit 3-5 minutes. Heath griddle and spray with non-stick spray. Pour 1/3 portions of batter on hot griddle. Flip pancakes when bubbles form. Cook the other side about 1 minute. Serve with topping of your choice.

Makes 4 3 pancake servings.
