15 small or 7 large Prawns Shelled and de-veined
1/4 can lite coconut milk
green chilli as much as you want
grated fresh ginger as much as you want
fresh or dried corriander as much as you want
about a teaspoon of honey
about a teaspoon of sesame oil
a teaspoon chunky peanut butter
1 teaspoon fish sauce
Asian greens which ever ones you like washed and roughly chopped
This meal is for one but can be easily adapted to make a
family meal. Can be served with boiled rice or noodles.
