Ingredients

    1 lb. 80/20 Ground beef
    1/2 13.25 oz. whole wheat elbow macaoni
    1 15 oz. can tomatoes no salt
    1 small can green chilis
    1 small can Champbell's tomato soup
    1 cup bell peppers & onion
    1 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
    1/4 cup Ketchup
    2 teaspoon garlic
    1/4 cup sugar

Directions

Boil the pasta like the box says. Brown the ground beef in skillet. Drain the pasta, then put the pasta back in the dutch oven. Than put the rest of the ingredients in there too. Put it in 350 dregrees preheated oven for 1 hour.
