Parmesan & Ramano Cheese 0.5 Cup
Panko Bread Crumbs 0.5 Cup
Herb & Garlic Seasonings
1 large egg
1 teaspoon milk
8 oz cod
Tips
Directions
Combine the panko crumbs & parm & ramano cheese. Also the seasonings you wish. Mix the egg & non fat milk. Cut the fish into smaller pieces. Dip each in egg, then in the bread crumbs. cover them well. Have a non stick pan heated. Spray with cooking oil. At the most use 1 Tbspn of cooking oil. But probably will not need it. Cook until the fish is opaque.
