Introduction

My husband likes to make these whenever I ask him to handle dinner for the night. They're simple enough to let the kids make as well! My husband likes to make these whenever I ask him to handle dinner for the night. They're simple enough to let the kids make as well!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -2 cans reduced-sodium Tuna
    -2 dashes of hot sauce
    -1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
    -1/4 cup egg substitute
    -2 teaspoons lemon juice
    -1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar

Tips

These cakes are great for even the pickiest eaters! Feel free to add a little more hot sauce or additional seasonings depending on what your family likes!


Directions

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
-Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
-Form mixture into 4 cakes.
-Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on how crisp you like them.
