Ingredients

    Veggies:
    Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Broccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, chopped

    Liquids:
    Sesame Oil (1tsp)
    Corn Starch (1 tsp)
    Granulated Sugar (1 tsp)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tsp)
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce (1 tsp)

Directions

Chop Veggies
Add in mixing bowl:
Sesame Oil (1tsp)
Corn Starch (1 tsp)
Granulated Sugar (1 tsp)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tsp)
Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup
Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce (1 tsp)

Put all veggies together in large skillet on Medium-High Heat about 5-10 mins
Add bowl of liquids to the veggies
Continue to mix around the veggies and liquids about 10-14 mins until veggies begin to soak in liquids.
