Chicken Lo Mein

    Sun Luck Wok Oil, 1 serving
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 5 ounces, cut in thin strips
    Sesame Oil, .25 1tsp
    Chicken Broth, .25 cup
    Spaghetti, cooked, 2 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 3 medium, juliened
    Waterchestnuts, .25 cup slices in slivers
    Bamboo shoots, raw, .25 cup, sliced in slivers
    Iceberg Lettuce, 1 cup, shredded or chopped
    Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup
    Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp


Cook and drain pasta. Heat up a wok with the sesame oil and half the wok oil. Add chicken and flash cook for a minute. Add veggies and cook until chicken is done and veggies are tender. Add noodles, chicken broth, other half of wok oil and soy sauce. Flash cook for a minute and serve.
