"Chicken" cheese steak

Introduction

A lower calorie, lower fat version of the Philly Cheese steak. My adaptation of the Biggest Loser Recipe. A lower calorie, lower fat version of the Philly Cheese steak. My adaptation of the Biggest Loser Recipe.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb of chicken, sliced very thin
    6 cloves of garlic, chopped fine
    2 cups of onions, sliced thin
    2 cups of peppers, sliced thin
    1/2 tsp of grill seasoning
    Non stick spray
    Laughing Cow Cheese wedge
    Low carb wraps

Directions

Slice 1 pound of chicken breast very thinly on an angle, removing any trace of fat.

Chop 6 cloves of garlic, slice 2 cups of onions and 2 cups of peppers sliced thin.

Preheat a non stick skillet on medium high. When fully heated add non stick spray and add 1/2 chicken mixture and spices, stirring frequently until done. When 1st batch is browned on all sides, do 2nd batch.

In a separate non stick skillet, preheat until hot, then spray with non stick spray. Add onions, garlic, and peppers, stirring frequently until done.

When chicken is almost brown, take wraps and wrap in a damp paper towel and heat about 30 seconds in the microwave or until warm. Spread 1 section of Laughing cow cheese per wrap and top with 2 oz of Chicken and 1/2 cup of onions and peppers. Wrap up like a burrito and enjoy!

Chicken makes 8- 2oz servings. Veggies make 8- 1/2cup servings.
